1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website stripclubcare.com ("Site") and the purchase of products sold through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site is operated by Clear Technology Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Products

STRIP CLUB products are oral dissolving strips designed for personal care and everyday wellness routines. They are not medical devices, pharmaceutical products, or substitutes for professional medical or dental advice.

Our products are classified as cosmetic products under EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and are notified accordingly through the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP).

Product descriptions, images, and other content on the Site are provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to display products accurately, slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to purchase products from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Certain products may carry additional usage restrictions as indicated on the product packaging and product pages.

4. Ordering and Payment

All orders are placed through our Shopify-powered checkout. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the stated price.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices displayed on the Site are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, iDEAL, Klarna, and other payment providers supported by Shopify.

5. Subscriptions ("On Repeat")

Certain products may be purchased on a recurring subscription basis ("On Repeat"). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the frequency and price indicated at the time of subscription.

Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless you cancel. You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account on the Site or by contacting us at support [at] stripclubcare.com.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current cycle upon cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. Additional markets may be added over time.

Free shipping is available on orders over €50. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery is typically within 7 business days of purchase for EU destinations. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Order fulfillment is handled by our logistics partner within the EU.

7. Returns and Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support [at] stripclubcare.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). To initiate a return, contact us at support [at] stripclubcare.com.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Pre-order products are subject to the same return policy. If a pre-order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email to support [at] stripclubcare.com) before the 14-day period expires.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

9. Intellectual Property

STRIP CLUB® is a registered trademark. All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names (FLASH, ON, OFF, HI), taglines, and packaging designs — is the intellectual property of Clear Technology Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Product Use and Safety

Always read the product packaging, including ingredients, cautions, and usage instructions, before use.

Do not use our products if you are under 16, pregnant or breastfeeding, have existing dental or gum problems, or have an allergy to any of the listed ingredients.

Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. Do not swallow strips (applicable to FLASH brightening strips).

If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

11. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at stripclubcare.com/policies/privacy-policy.

By using the Site and placing orders, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

For EU consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email or a notice on the Site.
