Opened your box and not happy? You don't need to return anything — just claim our 30-day money-back guarantee. Returning an unopened, sealed box instead? Fill in your details and send a photo of the sealed box(es). Once approved, we'll email you a return shipping label.

  • The seal wrap must be intact. For hygiene reasons we can only accept box(es) that are unopened with the seal wrap fully in place. If the seal is broken, cut or missing, the return will be rejected.
  • Return shipping is at your own cost. The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.
  • This process is for orders shipped within the EU & UK.
Your right to return under EU & UK law

For most online purchases in the EU and UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

This right does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery (Directive Art. 16(e); Regulations reg. 28(3)(b)). As our strips are a sealed hygiene product, we can only accept returns where the seal wrap is fully intact. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described items.
