✳︎ Please read before you start

  • The seal wrap must be intact. For hygiene reasons we can only accept boxes that are unopened with the seal wrap fully in place. If the seal is broken, cut or missing, the return will be rejected.
  • Return shipping is at your own cost. The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.
  • This process is for orders shipped within the EU & UK.

After submitting the form, email a clear photo of your unopened, sealed boxes to us — quote your order number in the subject so we can match it:
