Our approach
We want you to be happy with your Strip Club products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Unopened products
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us at support [at] stripclubcare.com with your order number.
Opened products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Our products are oral care and wellness strips that come into contact with the mouth — once opened, we cannot resell them.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support [at] stripclubcare.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Pre-orders
If you cancel a pre-order before the product has shipped, you will receive a full refund. Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Subscriptions ("On Repeat")
You can cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing support [at] stripclubcare.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — no refund will be issued for the current cycle, but you will not be charged again.
If a subscription shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, the same damaged order policy above applies.
How refunds work
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product or approving a damaged/incorrect order claim. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
For returns of unopened products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
For damaged or incorrect orders, we will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a prepaid return label.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, inform us by a clear statement (email to support [at] stripclubcare.com) before the 14-day period expires.
This right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
