Where we ship
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding to additional markets — follow us on Instagram and TikTok for updates.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders over €50. For orders below €50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
Netherlands: 1–3 business days Germany: 2–4 business days Belgium, Luxembourg: 2–4 business days France, Austria: 3–5 business days Rest of EU: 3–7 business days United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, and circumstances beyond our control.
Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers selected by our EU-based fulfillment partner. The specific carrier may vary depending on your location and order size.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment's progress. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support [at] stripclubcare.com.
Subscriptions ("On Repeat")
Subscription orders are shipped automatically at your selected frequency. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment. You can manage your subscription — including pausing, skipping, or canceling — through your account on the Site or by emailing support [at] stripclubcare.com.
Customs and duties
For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. All prices include VAT.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the value of your order and local regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support [at] stripclubcare.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Wrong address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship at your expense.
P.O. boxes
We may not be able to deliver to P.O. boxes in all countries. If delivery to your P.O. box is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
