CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscriptions ("On Repeat")

You can cancel your subscription at any time. No commitments, no minimum orders, no cancellation fees.

How to cancel: through your account at stripclubcare.com or by emailing support [at] stripclubcare.com.

When it takes effect: cancellation applies at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive your current order but will not be charged again.

Refunds: no refund is issued for the current cycle. If your shipment hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us and we'll do our best to cancel before it ships.

Pausing or skipping

Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription or skip a delivery through your account. We'll pick up where you left off when you're ready.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before the product ships for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

To cancel a pre-order, email support [at] stripclubcare.com with your order number.

One-time orders

One-time orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Email support [at] stripclubcare.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
